GOAL ACHIEVED!!!!

As of this writing, I have achieved 56 miles walked for the month of June (this being june 19th). My original goal for this month was to get to 50, but then I thought the challenge should be uppped some.... so I set it at 60. I am 4 miles away from accomplishing that goal, while setting my 50 mile goal and, as of today, exceeding my personal best month total... and the clock is still ticking until June 30th!

I honestly hope t be close to 70 miles for June by end of this month (how insane!). But for now, my next target is 60 miles!

    3 miles a day is a good goal for until you get below 250 after that I’d switch to an adult trike or a balloon tire beach cruiser & try to get 10 miles a day or more aiming to be at 20 miles a day by the time you get to your goal weight.
